I've Got It
seems like all the fan girls are going crazy on Twitter over this vessel thing. What are your thoughts on it? X
I need to know what it is first![]()
Sorry. The basics is there is a platform called vesell that allows "fans"/subscribers to watch their videos 72 hours before everyone else can on youtube. But vesell charges the viewer for the privilege of watching early. It has come to light that the youtuber will make about $50 per 1000 views and 75% of the ad revenue.
It's basically another way to make money which I don't begrudge the big youtubers for but what I don't understand is why they would do it when a lot of the fans are teenagers who can't afford to unless they have wealthy parents. Surely it's going to cause a class division?
That is my understanding but they have to pay to do so. I'm a bit confused by the whole thing to be honest ha.so vesell is a site people will use to watch a video before it goes up on youtube?
Reading up on it, it sounds ridiculous that they would do thisThat is my understanding but they have to pay to do so. I'm a bit confused by the whole thing to be honest ha.

Seems like a sell out, Money seems to be all that matters to a lot of large youtubers now
and Understandably so but joining a "competitor" website just dosnt sit too well me
Ill probably change my opinion the more i know about it
You have the same opinion as me but as I didn't know too much about it thought I would see what others thought. I reckon they have been paid to join it as well.
Quite a few big names on there already. Seems to have split the big youtubers as well x

Oh how has it split them?
Are other big youtubers talking about it?
The more names i read the more disappointed i get
I know the whole amity fest caused some trouble about the Gleam lot not caring about community ... But i think that was a contract thing
