I lost a subscriber...

The exact same thing happened to me- I had 32 subscribers then it went down to 31 last week!
 
I did some sub4sub when I started (I checked out their chnnels and I was like ok I like this let's sub) , I really regret it tho. only some of those ppl actually support my chnnel so yeh from now on I'm not even going to fall so quickly for the sub4sub thing anymore n i don't either support those channels which don't support mine either.

I agree. It seems like a good idea but you know their not watching. Also...I lost another subscriber...haha...ah well what can I do :)
 
You'll always lose subscribers, but you'll always gain them too.
Patience is key, just keep doing what you did to get the subscribers which you have got and you will be great!
