Okay, now you're just being rude. It's against the rules, and you should know. Just because it's relevant to the topic doesn't negate that.

Self promo aside, unboxing audio gear without proper testing and actually showing the features is of little value.

I use Focusrite Saffire 6 which is pretty old at this time, but still working great. Basically I highly recommend Focusrite stuff. Great quality and very good prices.

Everyone I've talked to lately has been really big on FocusRite and I'm dang glad I picked one up. Since I'm using an SM7B it wasn't enough to power it and I had to snag a little tube preamp, but the end result is a SERIOUSLY clean sound. It sounded gorgeous with my old Rode NT1 as well. No complaints at all.

I honestly, truly, think that in a LOT of cases the main difference between an interface in the $100-200 area and one in the $500+ area is inputs and flexibility. It's not about the quality of the signal it sends, it's about what all you can do with it. Start scoping around and for the MOST part, inexpensive interfaces have 2 inputs, high end ones have a bunch.
 
@SomeGuyDude I just got my Scarlett Solo today, but it doesn't appear to be picking up any audio from my AT2020... Did you have this issue with your microphone at all?
