Youtube view count

Does anyone else notice that YouTube lags? Such as i will check my video views and/or revenue and it will say for example 120 views. The next day i check and it says 213 views. But it doesn't show that any videos have new views.... Just wanted to know if this has happened to any of you or as to why this occurs?
 
This is all normal, do not worry. When a video is uploaded and starts gaining views, they cap it out ~300 temporarily to basically review the views and make sure they are not coming from bots.
