When Should We Start Our Merchandises

There really isn't a lot of point to offering merchandise at this point, because you don't have a large enough viewership to make it worthwhile to yourself. Either you'll go through something like cafepress, where you'll get a buck or two per item, and not make much of anything, or you'll produce the merchandise yourself, and have a lot of excess stock cluttering up your space, and have spent money that you won't recoup.

Merchandise is meant as a revenue generator. You offer it as a supplement or even the main way you support your channel monetarily. If you just want an ego boost that a couple of people have bought something that has to do with your channel, that's fine, but in the long run, it's not going to help your channel grow, and it could wind up costing you money. For smaller channels, it's better to concentrate on making good content and finding an audience for it. Work on that, and then get the supplemental things like merchandise or Patreon or finding sponsorships for later, when you have an audience to support it.

Yeah I guess you are right about that. But There is no exact number so thats really is the question. When?
But i agree everything you said.

I would decide how many pieces of merchandise it would take to make it worthwhile, then decide how many of your subscribers could be counted on to buy that merchandise (maybe 2-5%?) and then when you have enough subscribers to make that amount of sales, go for it.

No point to have any until you have a following that wants merch, or catch phrases or some sort of art design from your videos that would make people want to buy them to show they're a fan of your channel. Supply and demand, like everyone else said XD
