When Should We Start Our Merchandises

Hey guys. I really curios abot this not that i have subs or views or anything but an interesting topic. Does any of you have merchandise. If so when did you start and when should we start our merchandise line?
 
Until it makes sense to start selling. Ex: when you know there are people who are going to buy them and once you know what your audience wants.
 
When there is a demand we will the demand. If you go before that, it's kind just pointless as no one is asking for it :)

Throw it out in a video. Be like, would you guys like shirts? Or something and see what the reaction is and then weigh that into your decision. Also, make the first batch of shirts limited edition so that if they sell out, they become more desirable when you do a second batch :)

Wow limited edition idea is AWESOMEEEE.... You get a limited editon tshirt, you get a limited edition tshirt but not you we are out of merc ;D

Yeah bud. Plus if you get mega famous then it makes those limited shirts super valuable and collectors items :)
