I've Got It
I always check my subscribers to thank them for subscribing to my channel. There are a couple of girls who subscribe to me, and then unsubscribe to me about 3 times a month. I was just curious as to why they keep unsubscribing and subscribing to me. At first I thought Youtube had unsubscribed them, because that has happened to me. It happens every month though, so I don't know.

Maybe...The one person who does it the most, I watch her videos a lot. I comment on them, but she will only reply to my comments once in a while. I still watch them though, because I do enjoy her videos. I thought it was pretty strange as well.
 
I think it might be their way of saying "uh, hello? In case you didn't realise I've subscribed to you, you need to subscribe back now". I could be wrong but it sounds to me like they're just going through the list of people they follow to see if they can drum up some new subs.
 
I'm going to second (third? fourth?) what every one else said. I think they are probably just trying to get you to subscribe back to them.
