I don't understand why there have been a lot of threads about getting a top comment recently, do people feel a sense of achievement from it, or approval, or do people just like to share it with each other?
I'm not trying to dig at anyone or to offend anybody, but I just don't understand the big deal around it.

Well, yes I feel some sort of achievement when I get a top comment. It makes me feel happy and proud. So yes, I love sharing my proudness to other people
