Swearing is fine but there must be a balance with the profanity. I may have only 1 -2 swears a video because the energy at that time called for it. Any more than that is overkill and takes away from the quality of your creations. But if you like to swear do it but just tone it down a bit so if don't come off as over kill. If you noticed the problem on your own then it must get corrected

I really don't care about swearing in a video. The only time where it get irritating is when you do it out of place because the guy is trying too hard.

"Man, I f*****g can't f*****g get this piece of f*****g s**t f*****g can of god damn tuna f*****g open....s**t!"

As exaggerative as it sounds, people ACTUALLY do it like this.

I've seen it that does make the video seem really bad.

It's pretty hard not to swear...especially when you're all fired up and on a roll in your videos! lol

However, I do see a lot of people exaggerating swears at times and it does get annoying.

Right-- swearing is good to show off different levels of emotion and intensity, but if you overuse it then it renders the words meaningless.
Like, you could excitedly describe absolutely everything as "awesome", but then nobody would ever know if something actually was that great.

I don't think it's that big of a deal tbh. I think I might be a bit desensitised about the whole thing though.

In past videos I did swear a lot. Then I realized that maybe that really isn't smart. People usually like videos that have a wide vocabulary. If every other word is something bad then its just not cool. I do swear in real life but I'm really trying to cut down on it since I have nieces and nephews. I don't swear around them at all. My videos today have very little bad language. I try to keep them PG-13.

Personally I want as wide a viewing audience as possible, so I don't cuss in them. It depends on your brand really. Also children visit my channel regularly and I want them to be welcome too, I do toy videos after all. Let's plays it's easier to have the accidental wth out of surprise, but I'm trying to keep the second channel pretty clean too incase of subber crossover from the first channel.

Excessive swearing can start to grate a bit and sometimes swearing for the sake of swearing, you know, the kind of people who drop the F-bomb in the middle of a normal conversation for no apparent reason.

Other times it can be funny, if well placed. Or just in general funny.

Personally I'd keep it at a normalized level :)
