In your experience, does uploading videos everyday hurt or hinder your channel?

just be aware that unless the subs are watchign EVERY single video, then you will stop appearing in their sub boxes. GameTheory did a great video on this (i THINK it was the "pewdiepie broke youtube" video) where Matt explains that for every post a subscriber misses, youtube will start to believe they aren't interested in the content anymore and will stop them appearing in the sub box. which is why Matt himself makes sure to post something he KNOWS most people will watch every 4-5 vids or so, to make sure his content gets watched regularly, and puts all the one off's inbetween those vids.

As long as it's a high quality video, it will most likely help your channel. I do my best to upload everyday but it's hard to have enough time to upload daily. I average around 3 to 4 videos a week. Always remember it's always quality over quantity. I think the length of each video probably matters as well. I can't imagine people wanting to watch a video from the same channel that's always over an hour long unless they're truly dedicated fans. It's like watching a movie every day lol

From what I can see, I get 1/20th of my subs watching and over the course of a month I get about 20+ views on each, I'd say that it's hindering my channel quite a lot even if I spend all day on each video.
