I stopped growing after I reached 100 subs!

Not so long ago I was stuck at 10 subs a day, the growth slown down dramatically !
What I did was having new content/different from my usual one !
As a gamer I upload arma 3 video and some let's play but my view were low... I posted some indie horror video and compilation of highlight of my arma one, and drop a let's play video in the middle and bam, the channel has revived !
People love variety, posting too much of the same content will bore them !
So if you want to grow create new video ideas, keep your channel fresh ! :)
 
I'm having trouble just hitting 100. I've been in the 90's forever. Then again that might have to do with my lack of videos. Its just hard for me to reach anyone on my videos.
 
Same thing happened to me haha, but I think it happens at everyone at some point. Just keep putting the videos out and you will grow faster and faster exponentially.
