I stopped growing after I reached 100 subs!

I've just hit 110 subscribers in 9 weeks but the growth hasn't been all that fast and I feel a plateau coming on. But I think I need to get more involved with other YouTubers and build my brand a bit. Commenting on other small channels has actually helped me a lot!
 
I got to 70 subscribers then nothing else happens, maybe 1 a week. I enjoy making my videos, but I don't think people are liking them. Any tips on what I should do to get better?

have you found a way to not make it spammy when you comment on people's channels? i haven't mastered that yet, i just dont mention my channel at all
 
Since this thread is turning into a group rant, let me add this: the last 10 days, I went from 166 to 167 subscribers at least five times, only to go back to 166 subscribers some hours later. They are doing this on purpose, I tell you! It's a conspiracy! :D

They are all out to get us!!
 
Our channel has been around for a few months now and hasn't reached 100 subscribers, but we won't let that get us down. This stuff takes time, so stick with it!

I've been experiencing the same thing. With the same number of subscribers too. Definitely a conspiracy. :)
