I Spend so Much Time on Videos Just to Get no Views..

You need patience. A week is nothing in YouTube time, and if you're burning yourself out churning out a ton of content right away and allowing yourself to get so discouraged because you don't find immediate success, you're in danger of giving up right away. Make sure to pace yourself and keep your expectations realistic.

A good rule to follow when you're first getting started is to spend as much time if not more, on promoting and SEO, than the actual video. So if you're spending 10 hours on two videos, than you better be spending at least 10 hours promoting until you figure out a system that works for you.

Spend time everyday to research how to promote better, and to understand how SEO works.

Nowadays if you want to get anywhere on YouTube, generally you need to find a niche and become an authority in it. It'll take more than a week, though.

I have over 800 subs and sometimes it can take me a week to get even 40 views and that really suck so I know the feeling so much. I've been actively uploading for about a year or so now as well, I admit I am a variety channel so different audiences but I often compare myself to people smaller then me and same size who are doing much better but I'm starting to realise it is because I don't have a theme so people dont watch every one or subscribe to me but I still enjoy making videos so that's okay. What annoys me is the ones that aren't as good but are okay to upload are the ones that get popular and then my channel gets judged for the quality or whatever it's like argh haha

I don't know if it's just me, but I really like to put effort into all of my content! Sometimes it takes me about 10 hours of the day to get my two daily videos up, and I don't really get much views. And during the first week I went up to 30 subs!! But all of a sudden.. It just stopped! How can I fix this? I already know that I am uploading aggresively with 2 vids a day, is it to do with the tagging? How do I get my video out on the search bar? I put every single tag possible and still can't find my video when I search. Is it more like first come first serve?

Well considering that its been a week, Not quite sure what you expected? Not sure how old you are, or what you do when your not uploading videos, but you may be burning yourself out by trying to start off with two videos a day. My channel can output 4+ videos a day, but that's because there are four of us and, we have the time to waste because we dont have school, and we share money that we make. We can afford to waste. If your a channel of one, I don't see the effectiveness of trying to go hardcore dedicated YouTuber on the first month unless you know for a fact that you will be making it up later. Mainly what I mean is give it some time for your influence to even make ripples first.

There are a lot of variables that factor into getting views. (subscriber following, SEO, consistency, marketing etc) For us smaller channels, SEO is crucial for getting views, I cannot stress it enough. Properly titling, describing and tagging your videos are very important in how your videos rank in the search. Also you need a great thumbnail to drive the viewer to click on your video instead on the thousands of others they see during the search. It's tricky but you must find a way to differentiate yourself from the blob of similar content. I'd recommending researching SEO and familiarizing yourself with a thumbnail creating program (if you haven't yet). Also look into online marketing strategies to help promote your channel and content. Most importantly stay hungry, humble and patient. Good Luck to you.

Lets focus on a couple of things here:

"it takes me about 10 hours of the day to get my two daily videos up,"
Daily... TWICE daily? If your fan base does not warrant twice daily uploads don't waste your time. Don't waste your time doing daily uploads or even 3-4 times a week. Slow your roll, make 2 or even just 1 really good video and roll with that! And it takes me about 10 hours per car review / car show too. It is a labor of love. If it was easy everyone would be doing it. It sometimes seems like that, but you can pick out the serious YouTuber and the one that just wants the fame/fortune in one blink of an eye. The latter usually spams daily content and has sub par editing. Wait... I just described someone... I checked out your last 2 videos... 45 minutes and the other 27 minutes? Are you DAFT? I scrolled trough one and you were spending a minute on bashing a crack with a submarine. Dude... No...

"I don't really get much views"
YES! Welcome to the club! 99.9% of YouTube really doesn't get much views. I am sitting at 1,300 views every day. It took me 3 years to get to that level. YouTube takes time and effort, and there is in no way shape or form a guarantee you'll make it big. Otherwise I would have been at 100k subscribers already.

"During the first week I went up to 30 subs!! But all of a sudden.. It just stopped! How can I fix this?"
You don't. YouTube is a strange beast. It can not be tamed. Once you hit 6 digits in the subscriber number (and hit that in daily views) you can probably upload something really dumb and get away with it. Herd mentality is a strange thing. But when you start out you can only do one thing: Your best.

"is it to do with the tagging? How do I get my video out on the search bar? I put every single tag possible and still can't find my video when I search. Is it more like first come first serve?"
Remember that what you are doing EVERYONE else is doing. You are not alone. And as such your efforts are largely wasted trying to Tag every word. I would advise against using tags that do not describe your video (as in pewds or dashieXP etc). Your video gets in the search bar if it is one of the better videos on the subject. My 2005 Mustang GT review is pretty high in the search according to some people I have talked to. So first come first serve? Nope, not at all. It's retention, views, interaction. Everything counts.
