Oh boy, do I know this feeling!

Honestly, the only decent advice I can offer you really is to keep doing it, because that's the only way you'll stand any chance of finally being seen. YouTube goes "nowhere" for so damn long for like 90% of creators, but if you're stubborn enough and stick at it, you'll get there. I promise.

Hey man same here!!! I call this a stuck point. You are stuck right now and you can dig yourself out. I think that I have some tips that might help you out and stop some of the stress.
I see that you upload twice a day. Don't do that. The reason why you aren't getting the views that you want to get is cuz you are uploading too much. You should upload at most once a day. This is because you want to give your videos some resting time to grow and get the views that you wish for. Another thing is to have fun. I can tell that you don'r really enjoy yourself because of all the stress that comes with uploading daily especially for a small youtuber like you.
You also have to realize that you will not blow up. You won't grow the same rate that you grew the first week. Yes you did grow 30 subs the first week, but that happens to a lot of people. Heck I gained 85 subs my first few days and two months later i'm only at 150.
So here is what i'm trying to get to you. Have fun on youtube. Don't worry about the numbers. You are focusing too much on the numbers and you will never grow like that. Yes you can look at your numbers and research on how to grow, but don't look at it and feel depressed. Don't post too much cuz it will really kill your mood. But if you seriously want to grow more then learn some promotion strategies such as sharing on forums or with your friends.

I don't know if it's just me, but I really like to put effort into all of my content! Sometimes it takes me about 10 hours of the day to get my two daily videos up, and I don't really get much views. And during the first week I went up to 30 subs!! But all of a sudden.. It just stopped! How can I fix this? I already know that I am uploading aggresively with 2 vids a day, is it to do with the tagging? How do I get my video out on the search bar? I put every single tag possible and still can't find my video when I search. Is it more like first come first serve?

I'm going to say something that is going to blow your mind, but it is true, ready? TAGS DON'T MEAN S%^& when it comes to SEO. Out of the full spectrum they probably hold 4% of the weight. don't confuse tags for keywords. finding the right keywords is VERY important. Back to tags they have been abused so much that many algorithm changes ago the importance of tags changed

You literally need to figure out the "Keyphrase" or "Long-tail keyword" you want to rank for. Use only 2-3 tags MAX and search engine optimize your content thoroughly, top to bottom. Before you create your video, during editing, and after your video goes up.

If anyone wants to say "that's not true ____ works" I'm all for it, show me an example of when it worked for you... I'll wait 0_o


Bonus Tip: As far as your content, since it takes you approx 10 hours a day? You need to take off for about a week to a month. Bust your butt daily and gather content. Search engine optimize it top to bottom, then release them slowly. Take a week off (if You have a months worth of content) and then that following week hit the drawing board all over again. you got this!
