I need a YTTalk Senior who has lots of experience..im new to youtube and i want have someone to advice and teach me about how a channel works?....really need a Mentor to teach me or an expert on Youtube...

See Yttalk as a mentor. You ask a question. Yttalk members answer. It's better to have different opinions and tips than just one person.
You'll get the gang of it and probably get many different tips =]

I like to look out for people, I had a rough time on YouTube in the past so now I am just on a comeback helping as many people as I can to overcome any problems.
