Hardest sub stage to get through?

the first 1000 for me i remember i was stuck at around 7-800 subscribers for a WHILE it felt so close but so far lol

I'm going to have to disagree with people saying the first 100. As I reached 100 subs back in August 2013 and I am still growing slowly, maybe even slower.

So I have to say the first 1000 subscribers would be the hardest, I think once you reach that, you're clearly doing something right.

I only have 30 but i'm not really concerned about subscribers right now. More on the view counts since that is what's most important. Figure if I get views from my content I willz beez gettinz zubz sometime soon.

i have got 65 subs in 2 years

I got 29 in 2 years.
As such I definitely see the first 100 as the most challenging. First 10 is peanuts, hell I think I got 10 or so before I even started posting, on my first channel.

I think it was at around 300 subs that I started getting at least 1 sub per day, which is a nice reliable level of growth for a smaller channel.
