Hardest Channel

Since there is so many different variety of channels out there, which one is the most challenging "niche" channel to make?

Define "hard" ?

If the definition is lots of effort needed to make the content, then animation, short films, comedy are probably among the hardest. Gaming, not so much.

IF you mean to get big I say right now beauty and gaming. If you mean creating I would say Skits and Animators.

I could agree with comedy. Im pretty much saying from a building stand point. starting off a channel kind of p.o.v.

I can only speak from personal experience of two channels I've been involved in, but the kids toys type channels are hard from the point of view that search doesn't apply so much. Once you get going you can really fly (by getting onto YT Kids app, Suggested Videos etc). Until then it's a big old wasteland. My LEGO channel is slow going because I think it's a lot about search and rankings on pages, and choosing the right video to make and keywords to build it on.

I'm getting involved in LEGO animation, and that will take ages, so as people have said, animation can be difficult.

And I'd imagine saturated niches like gaming must be tough to rise above the noise.

Isn't the actual answer "every niche is hard to start with" the right answer, then? ;)

I would say don't copy what other people are doing,be unique and stick to what you enjoy and what you know people will also enjoy watching.
I personally think my channel has good content but hey I only have 4 subs
But I know my channel will grow even if its only from 4 subs to 10 subs
Just do something you enjoy Don't Copy other people because its the so called 'in thing'
