Do you use a tri-pod?

I use a SLIK F730, GREAT tripod, very adjustable height from about 0.5m high to about 2m, adjustable tightness on joints so you can pan the camera smoothly for video or just take really steady static videos, really portable and easy to set up!

Since I use such a small camera(my phone), I picked up a small gorillapod and a cell phone tripod mount. It fits right on my desk without taking up too much space and I can mount it on a rail if I ever get creative.
