CPU Noise When Rendering

Your CPU just sits there and heats up, any noise is coming from something moving. Either a hard drive, or most likely the fan. If you're using the stock heatsink they'll keep temperatures down, but they aren't designed for heavy loads or to be quiet. I use a Hyper 212 evo and it's like a whisper.

There honestly is no point , a air cooler will provide sufficient temps without having to spend too much.

It's true. If you're not doing a significant overclock or running 6-8 cores, an air cooler with do the exact same job. My temps never break 45 while rendering or gaming and I have the cheapest air cooler on the market.

My CPU only goes to 55-60 when rendering and using stock dell CPU Coolers. :O

I'm using a 6 core that's why I prefer the water cooler. Keeps it running in the 30s under a full load

30's are low. Really makes no diffrence if the CPU is running at 30 or 50 at full load. Only worry if it is in the 80-100's :D
Just wondering what water cooler you got?

H105. I did have my fan speed on the fastest setting to get it down in the 30s though. Good to know I only need to worry unless its in the 80s. I was using Adobe Premier Pro and Handbreak at the same time the other day and it was taking a fair beating

Ah , very nice. Corsair make great liquid coolers!
