Hey! I just got email from "Talent Acquisition Agent" from ContentPixel network. I can't seem to find much info about the network. I was wondering if you guys can tell me more about it?

Yep they're under Exonia or atleast were the last time I looked into them.

I believe Exonia's default contract was 70% for a year, though it could have been 80% either

They seem to be under Pongalo (BentPixels' dashboard) now though I know they were under Exonia before.

@Tyhd why do you believe it is always bad to sign to a sub network?
From my experience they take an extra cut as the network does so in actuality you're better off (when it comes to revenue) to sign to the main network.

This is my experience with a Freedom sub-network, not sure about all of them not trying to generalize them.

That is completely inaccurate. A subnetwork's cut is always taken out of the original cut, never the partner's. Your RevShare would be identical no matter who you chose to sign with (a MCN vs a subnetwork of that MCN).

To explain - I signed under a 55/45 rev share deal with a now 'inactive' sub-network under the Freedom MCN (this was a while ago). I found out Freedoms starts you off at a 60/40 split, both splits are terrible but none the less unless they changed it after I signed and had 55/45 split originally then the network took an addition 5% as well as what they were getting from the MCN

Freedom initially gives you 6040 split yes, but subnetworks are free to use what rev share they may like to offer, they are not dependent on the 60/40.
so you got 55/45. If you did $100 on YT, you will get $55, the remaining $45 are split between that subnetwork and freedom in a % agreed on their contract.
If initially agreed a different rev share and then sneakly put you another one at the time you signed it and didn't notice it than that is all different story. But you should always double check the number in the contract.
but bottom line, networks and subnetworks will and can only take the % of the agreed rev share. Subnetworks will not and can never take extra from your cut. All they can take is according the rev share signed and agreed.
There is no financial loss for the youtuber that signs a subnetwork, normally there is a gain because subnetworks tend to offer better rev share than the parent network,
