Posting Mad!
i heard VISO is hiring Recruiters and made a video about it.
Oh another inside tip - Ya they def are skimming money off the top.
Oh another inside tip - Ya they def are skimming money off the top. The only person with access to the actual CPMs was the VP and that was the most closely guarded secret in the company. They often paid late, or didn't even pay at all. Its all about damage control and then they hope you just disappear. Even the front line staff's pay checks were missed sometimes LOL what a joke.
Tons of networks are hiring recruiters. Often they are just paid by commission.i heard VISO is hiring Recruiters and made a video about it.
Again, another concern that I have expressed here on YTTalk.
Why does one network say that they are averaging $5 (for example) and another say that they are averaging $7. Is the first network taking more of the advertisers money up front and then only having them pay $5 CPM?
I believe this because of the terrible numbers I've seen. Any proof/info/idea how much they are taking?
Also did you get paid by commission at all, or just salaried with target goals for # of channels recruited?
It is all lies.. they can say whatever they want lol[DOUBLEPOST=1373089458,1373089094][/DOUBLEPOST]
So if just standard Adsense pays the Youtuber 60% and Adsense takes 40% - Well BBTV takes 50% and then just runs adsense ads on your content under their CMS. So essentially instead of you earning 60% you are now earning 30%.. enjoy! whoooooQ!
Salary and commission was how they paid - terrible pay though.. and they lied and never paid out commissions to anyone even though it was written in everyone's contract. Real professional.
Youtube takes 45% regardless of whether you use Adsense or a network. All networks use Adsense. They have the ability to put in addition outside ads to the Adsense system.
Sure they have the ability to sell in outside ads... but in all my time there was not a single outside ad was sold or run on any vids.. it was 100% Adsense. It's just another smoke and mirrors tale we would tell to sign people up thinking we will increase their CPMs.
Surely no network would survive for long with steady CPM figures under a dollar? Especially if the differences are this large. Combined with the no lock-in contract it makes no sense for them to operate that way. Anyone joining them (who has an option to move somewhere else) will pack up their things and leave after receiving their first report...
