Thanks but its ok now, I just used someones tutorial that he put in his signature, I just use normalize and compressor and it turns out real good!

Yeah, audio editing is like that. What sounds best to you is a very personal thing barring a few objective elements in the quality side. It's all about knowing what the tools do and how to mix them together in a way that results in a good product.

Personally I really recommand doing it seperatly, if youre using Fraps, then its a big difference in quality
Go on my channel for an example, check out The Sims 2 episode 1 and check out the latest episode.
I recorded directly with Fraps on episode 1, and from then on Im doing it seperatly
Theres a huge change in quality even without all the Audacity effects.

And for the question.. I remember seeing a software that can easily export the mp3 file of a video from the right-click menu.
Give it a google, but if you cant find it you can always just pop the video in an editing software and choose to render only the audio...
