Any tips for reaching 100 subs?

I appreciate the advice a lot on this one. I have read your article and I am making adjustments to my videos accordingly. This was immensely helpful to me.

no worries man, put it to good use, and when the youtube monies roll in, don't forget me :)

I read your guide. Good stuff. If you wouldn't mind, look over my last 2 or 3 videos and let me know if I am missing something.

firstly, i know **** all about baseball (i am english) so excuse that :)

so i am looking at your last video, i like the title, has the game name, i like the bunt question. it makes people want to find out why he did it. you could add a "Why Would You Bunt There!? Lets Play MLB The Show 16 Road To The Show (RTTS) Ft. Rusty Rocket. (lets play is a highly searched term) you could also add a episode number in the title (and definitely on the thumbnail)

you will still be competing with a lot of channels there. so as my guide says. a niche within a niche. so lets narrow that search. lets find some detroit tigers fans. (this is what i do with my soccer saves on football manager) you could add detroit tigers to the title (only if you have space) you could just add detroit tigers on just some of the episodes when you have space

tags are mostly good. there are a few there that are redundant like "my career" "draft" "baseball" etc but if you have space left once you have added as many good tags as possible then its fine to leave them in. you also want to include the new tags "Lets play MLB 16" "lets play MLB The Show 16" "Lets play MLB The Show 16 Road to the Show"

adding on from our niche niche, add tags like "detroit tigers mlb 16" and all the different variations

the main issue you have is the description. it doesn't really do anything for SEO, you want to include in the description the most important couple of tags. so something like , "its Baseball time! brand new lets play MLB the Show 16 road to the show for the PS4. Rusty gets his rocket on for Detroit tigers"

hope that helps

ps. enjoyed the video, Rocky needs to lose some weight! :)

Still looking for the answer to this question! I'm pretty close to 100 now, but not quite there yet. So far I've learned that networking is vital- reaching out to others in the community will always go a long way. Taking advantage of social media is really important, as well! Using hashtags and such will really help to get your stuff out there. Your channel looks like it's going in all the right places. Love the thumbnails and artwork! Best of luck!

Thank you sir. I will take all of those suggestions. I will admit the description was lazy. Just finished a 60 hour work week and wasn't really feeling it. But I hear you loud and clear and will add all that in the tags and not be so lazy on my descriptions.

Perfect. Thank you. I am really feeling like my channel is right on that edge right now to turning into something. Those few adjustments will help a lot.

Subs aren't key because they mean nothing. Views are the only thing that matter. I'd rather have 1 sub and 10k views than 10k subs and 1 view

Interesting idea. Well I'll shoot for views!

Thank you for the advice! As of right now I'm still getting used to Twitter and I'm trying to get an Instagram following. I appreciate you taking the time to help me out!

Stay Consistent, Brand your channel better than it is and advertise on forums, reddit social media etc.

Why are subs not key right now?
