Apart from tagging, which I have done extensively. My videos are covered in relevant tags at this point. I just can't seem to get to 100!! Any tips or advice?
Any tips for reaching 100 subs?

Looking at your content, I'd say make sure you stay consistent and improve constantly. The more videos you have, the more likely people are to find you and subscribe. Remain active on forums and social media. Make friends with everyone you can, network and collaborate if you can and just push through. It takes time but you will get there buddy

When making that first hundred is either really hard or really easy.
Some notes are
1. Making quality content
2. Posting consistently
3. Talking with your fans
4. Commenting on other videos (not self promoting)
5. Promoting on your own social media outlets
A huge issue is making quality content while keeping your daily life in check.
Jobs, School, Personal Life can always hinder your video making quality.
So already posting quality content for the first few hundred subs is pretty difficult.
What I would suggest is making a set non lenient schedule.
If your content does not require heavy edits and are more just lets plays and such post every other day.
If your content does require heavy edits like reviews or skits post once every week.
I've been on a break for about a month thanks to my hectic summer schedules but my usual schedules are
Wednesday - Fast Grgaks at 12:00 MST
Saturday - GrgakGames at 12:00 MST

What I found very useful was get involved in a community of youtubers who make similar content. Of course don't sub4sub with them but leaving a comment asking some advice on how to grow on youtube, give them some feedback on their channel and just try to make friends in general certainly will help you out. Your first video was posted 6 days ago so you have ages to reach 100 subs, It took me just over a month. I'm pretty sure you will get there no problem, but good luck anyway

single word tags don't really work well. also you need to use descriptions better. they are SEO too
by the way, sub 4 sub is bad and the fact your putting it in your tags is well dumb. also sticking pewdiepie in there will never work, you would need to put pewdiepie in your title. description and tags/ and even then. with all the pewdiepie videos out there you would still never rank

I appreciate the advice a lot on this one. I have read your article and I am making adjustments to my videos accordingly. This was immensely helpful to me.
