Annotations link not showing anymore

I was having a whole bunch of problems with Youtube yesterday (taking away features, not allowing editing, ect.) then today everything went back to normal. So there is a chance it is just a bug and will reappear soon...hopefully.
 
Next day and it's still not working, put in a report, but like they say will not respond directly as there are too many people needing help.....
I have tried all the annotations.
Will check again in a day or so.
 
Still not working. I've updated my system (imac) it didn't need any updates.
I can't think of anything else that may need updating.
I've noticed that I can't drag and drop the notes, speech bubble, etc any more.
Surely I'm not the only one having this issue.
 
I am having the same issue. When you click the link checkbox, and try to change the drop down, it just deselects the checkbox. This is a big issue for me, and I do also have a partnered YouTube account. I hope there is a solution to this glitch.
