100% restricted topics

I stay away from politics and I'm very veeeery careful what I say about LGBT rights. My views on that are quite open minded but I still have alot of issues with how we are handling it in america as a whole. Like it's not in the slightest that I'm against gays or even gay marriage, I mean hell most of my girlfriend and I's friends are either trans or gay, what I can't stand I guess is how it's getting to the point we're trying to act as if there's no such thing as gender roles at all or there's no difference between men and women or just... stuff seems like it's going too far in that direction to me and that's something I'll never reveal that I feel on youtube itself, though I'll talk about it a BIT in places like this forum.

The reason I stay away from politics isn't fear of being hated or disagreed with, it's literally a fear of who's watching and what they may be capable of. But religion I've talked about many times, I get hated on for my christianity a bit but for the most part even hardcore atheists will tell me things like "Man I was totally prepared to dislike this video and flame you but I gotta say you actually seem pretty intelligent and fair for a christian" and that makes any hate I get from it totally worth it.
 
I think I'm going to start talking about more political stuff on my show now. I use to not want to because I didn't like debates and wanted my channel to generally be a 'light' and fun place. But, I think now I'm more equipped to talk about stuff I'm sure and educated about.

We try to stay away form politics and religion but if some of our viewers engages us on these topics we respond. In anyway most of our viewers realize that they are not speaking with 4 or 6 year old kids.
On the other hand if somebody tries to use our channel for political propaganda he is kindly asked to stop (it happens around election time). Fortunately there was never need to repeat our request.
 
My channel is frivolous, so I usually avoid serious topics. I have made videos on gay YouTubers, YouTube abuse, and depression, but I had to twist my arm to record those even though I felt they were important. I would never discuss politics or religion because doing so would be so wrong for my channel. I do admire those who do cover these topics!
 
I would not make a video about my job, regardless of whether it's saying good or bad things. Anything more specific than, "I had a good day at work today" is too much. I don't want my hobby to jeopardize my career.
