Hello,so I have problems with those monet stuff..My moms paypal isn't verified and she doesn't have a Credit card because let's say she can't afford ... Well she can't ,but she wouldn't do for me. I have a credit card ,but it shure that doesn't work..How can I get verified ? How can I get my money?And today my moms Paypal was Limited or something..I don't know ,but there are networks that accept Payza or should I ditch PRM somehow and go with Parner ( Not full ) with Adsense ?

You should proofread your posts to save people the headache of attempting to translate them into English. Debit/bank cards work for Paypal as a way to verify, or you can verify by using a checking account.

Link it to the bank manually. I don't have a credit card either but PayPal can verify with bank. They will transfer 2 small money amounts and you can add the bank to your account. That's how you verify without credit card.

Sorry,but I don't understand . My bank doesn't let me using on Internet from 14 , and I don't want to get my parents into this deal..Just checked out adding a bank account is in U.S i don't live in US i'm in Lithuania

You are 14, you have to get your parents "into this deal". You are not legally allowed to work in any Countries/States that I know of, your parents have to sign off on your partnership, and the payments.

If you are of legal age, but not in the US, I suppose your options for paypal support is limited. Do your best to look through all of the options Paypal has for verifying your account here - Paypal Verification

Also contact your bank once you have an option in mind for Paypal and see what they can do for verifying your account.

It won't help because they said i need to wait till 14 when I could do this and it's too much time ... I will live in US just this summer or next one ,it's too far , you know.

Okay, you are partnered and have signed a contract. You're stuck until it ends so let's just deal with what you can do to fix this.

They won't pay you via some random method. They have given you the option of PayPal or, I believe it was cheque payments and you chose PayPal. You can always ask them to change the payment method if this isn't possible.

All PayPal do to verify an account is pay in two very small payments and then you go on the website and enter what payments and on what date. Then boom. You can give and take money from it as you please.

Does she have a debit card? This will work the same as a credit card.

If she still won't do it, contact RPM and get them to change your payment method. I assume you have a bank account to pay a cheque in to?
