Youtubers " Earning too much " ?

I think people focus too much on how much other people are making on youtube. Along with the amount of views and subs they have. Worry about your own channel and stay off of social blade if you can't stand to see other youtubers make a lot of money.

True, true.
The thing about SocialBlade is that it doesn't show the actual earnings but just looks at the views of that day and calculates how much money could be earned from those views, not the money that's actually made.
(Not sure if that's how SocialBlade works, but I'm pretty sure that they don't show the actual earnings because that's probably not even legal)

--------------------------
The amount of money that YouTubers make shouldn't be such a big subject, it's just their money which they worked hard for since they managed to get a big audience and enough views for their videos.

People need to stop assuming big YouTubers do not edit their videos. It's really ridiculous. Sure a new guy or girl maybe editing their videos. There are big YouTubers, who edit videos as well. Editing really doesn't matter in this case. If people find you entertaining regardless of the production value, then only entertainment value matters at the end of the day.

I open up camtasia, try to be funny, and I earned 300 dollars with a video.
You for example edit frozen's video , alter the sounds and video's colours, and made 3000 with a video.
"Efficient"
Achieving maximum productivity with minimum wasted effort or expense.

It's not the amount of time and effort put into making the video. It's the end result and how much people want to watch it and show it to others. Lots of people might enjoy watching you play a game and make jokes. Lots more people will watch my video and say "holy crap" and show it to their friends and go "look at this!" Mine's not better than any of yours and I'm sure I didn't spend as much time on it, but mine is something many people can use to get reactions out of others.

But still, they get a million views.
For playing a game.
So, you think it's EASY to get over a million views a day? That's what they're getting paid for--the views. Not for playing a game.

It's not easy to get the attention of over a million people every day. You think it's easy, you're welcome to try it. I guarantee with that attitude, you will not succeed.

If you're looking for fairness and justice in YouTube, you'll find it when you realize that we're all paid per view. That's pretty fair compared to most other lines of work, where you can get paid more for sucking up to your boss, dressing in a nice suit, talking a lot during meetings, being related to an executive, taking credit for other people's work, etc.

YouTube is all about delivering the views. Get the views, you get the money. Get lots of views, get lots of money.

If you have a problem with the morality of that payment system, try working at a bank for 23 years like I did.:thumbsup2:

Well there's the whole carrying them for 9 months and raising them and then getting them to sit still in front of a camera...:mstickle:
Many parents have tried, few have succeeded.:smug:
We have a 10-year-old girl and 6-year-old boy so I know. :D

Though there was no carrying for 9 months. Daughter was 3 months early and son was 1 month early.

It's perfectly fine that they make as much money as they do.
People get payed by doing sports. It's not too much of a difference tbh.
