Hey fellow youtubers, i decided to come into this forum to find guidance on how to gain more subscribers.
I've found myself in times where i was desperate to get FAKE subscribers. If you can see, i have 166 subscribers, but those are only my friends who i bugged to subscribe.Only really 5 of them really watch my videos. I put lots of time making and editing my videos, and i dont see alot of feedback.
I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice on how to get my videos out to a bigger audience?
Thank you, and god bless.:)

I would advice that you should interact with all the youtubers around here on yttalk as well as YOUTUBE. You should leave feedback on other's channel (do not ask for subs or views) and appreciate there work. Most probably they will tend to check out your channel. My second advice is to be creative and make awesome titles and thumbnails and promote on social media wherever necessary :)

From looking at your channel, it seems you don't really have a niche or a genre of content...there is some Minecraft stuff, some GTA 5 stuff, some tags, some...random stuff? So, it would be difficult for me to understand who would subscribe to that. (Like, someone who likes your GTA 5 probably won't like seeing all the Minecraft stuff and vice versa.)

Thumbnails need work. If I were finding those videos in search, I probably wouldn't click because the thumbnails are very "busy" and the text on them tends to be unreadable. (See "Brother Tag With a Twist" -- I can't really read the text...but the text hides what's happening behind it, so I don't know what's happening.) Just from clicking on two videos randomly, both of them had NO tags and NO real description. So, Youtube would not know where to classify these posts. As a result, it would be impossible for people to find your videos through search.

So, if i took a little more time into my thumbnails, and creating a niche, i would be able to gain more subscribers?[DOUBLEPOST=1451284313,1451284133][/DOUBLEPOST]

Consistent, quality, relevant content leads to subscribers. If your thumbnails are unappealing, people won't even click through to see if the content is quality. If they aren't doing that, they will never subscribe.

As far as diversity of videos, when I'm looking at a channel, I'm looking for something specific. I don't want things all over the place, so if the channel doesn't seem to have a focus, then I might watch the videos I like, but I won't subscribe.

Well, I can definitely say you have a lot of energy, that's actually a really good thing, maybe channel some of it down a different avenue though, like use it in doses and on key moments.

I personally don't think your lack of growth is due to bad content, I think it's more aimed at all the other stuff, poorly made thumbnails, poorly done audio editing, things like that.

The last thing I want to suggest is to try and keep things more organized, it's hard to tell what your channel is really about because there's so much of this and that, like I could easily enjoy this particular video and then you come out of left field with something entirely different. Now there's no problem with being unique, but some people like organization better than randomness, just a thought to consider.

Ultimately, improve your post production skills, and try to keep things more concentrated on one thing at a time.

My number #1 Advice to you is to be as active as you can in the community! In other videos, be sure to always comment and leave feedback. People will see your comment and subscribe. I got lucky and got 109 likes just on a merry Christmas comment, and earned 8 subs from that. Remember, DO NOT SPAM, but leave good comments!
