Hello i noticed i had 115 views on my video and it dropped to 35?? is that some kinda bug with youtube or something?

It could be a bug, but sometimes youtube has a refresh in views where it deducts the miscounted ones from the legit views. I had this happened to me once, I lost over 10k

it just means youtube doesn't consider those views, doesn't matter really, views mean nothing if there is no interaction.

Could be that you are looking at two different places on youtube. Sometimes when your video appears in search or suggested videos the views are behind.
