YouTube videos pixellate?

Hey! I have been working on an edit with my friend in Sony Vegas and it is turning to look out quite nice! One of the problems though, is that every time we upload a test t0 YouTube the video seems to pixellate at some parts. It usually occurs after transitions, fades, etc. This pixellation happens in such fashion where the screen partially looks like minecraft (lol) and then goes back to normal. I was wondering if there was a possible fix for this, because the pixellation tends to ruin the edit.. ;( Thanks!
 
i'm having this same issue with premiere pro
so anyone with a tip please help me out :)
this is the video i've uploaded (it's for my work, so i'm not trying to get views on it, cause it's for new zealanders only and i doubt there is many on here)
 
I also have the problem everytime my video fades to something else or fade to black. I really hate it :( Youtube is f****ng up my videos.
 
It doesn't matter if it's MP4 or WMV. It think it either has something to do with the fading transition or just Youtube... I don't have that problem though... It's weird.
 
I've just clicked "match sequence settings" and it exported it in AVI rather than WMV
The upload to youtube was fine (not the best quality but it wasn't pixelated)
 
Never used Sony Vegas, but I know with Avid if you don't render the transitions between clips and just place them in un-rendered, when you go to export the transitions will probably be stuffed up in the final version. Not sure if you can, but go back to your project and render the individual effects before exporting. Can't assure that would work, but it could be a solution :)
