Youtube Uploading Glitch?

When I upload a video or two, the youtube defaults that I set up for my uploads decide not to work. The default title, type of video, privacy setting, and description are all fine. But the tags and claim defaults are not there at all. Is this a bug or is something happening that I am not aware of?

It's nothing too annoying. Just something some of us have to deal with now and again. Fortunately I do not. But I'm always uploading different things so the default doesn't matter too much.

idk. youtube recently fixed a glitch for me.
my watch function (where it goes gray) wasn't working for weeks but they've sorted it now
