YouTube Unsubbing People

Just asking / telling people about this. I'm having my subscribers telling me that YouTube are unsubbing people.

Are you guys having the same problem?

I'm not moaning or anything (Don't want it to come across, just wondering)

I haven't had any issues with losing subscribers. I did lose 1 but I think that's just because I haven't been uploading.

Last night I lost like 400 views and around 10 - 15 subs. Some of my subs have resubbed back and told me they didn't do it.

Last night I lost like 400 views and around 10 - 15 subs. Some of my subs have resubbed back and told me they didn't do it.

yeah that sucks so much loosing some total views and subs, but i only lost the total views but not subs.
was at 9.1k total views and now it went down to 6.8k but then my views go up cause i know my videos are getting views but the 6.8k wont move at all.
i think that it has something to do with the update for the new stuff on youtube, guess we will have to wait

Yeah. New YouTube tomorrow right? Hopefully when they switch it will sort all this out

I haven't lost any subs in this craziness recently (gained some, if any), but in recent past I kept being unsubbed from one channel a few times which is weird.

I was curious actually. I've had to deal with this a few times. During my first 5 months or so of youtube, I almost NEVER lost subscribers. And for the most part that's how it still goes. But every now and again, I go through these periods, (usually about a week long) where I lose a few almost every day. Then the next week I see all these people subbing me in my gmail but it's names I know have already subbed me. And my subscribers who I talk to regularly have told me they've been unsubbed before. And coincidentally, these last 3 days have been frequent subscriber loss days, and I was immediately suspicious. When I do legitimately lose a sub, it's usually just one, and happens once a month at most. When it suddenly is happening frequently in a short period of time, this usually means people are being automatically unsubbed.
