I've Got It
I woke up this morning to find my video was processing 9 hours later it is still processing why? should i put the plug on the video.

What browser are you using? and what format is your video? 
You can try to re-upload it on another browser and different format. If it is .mp4 it should upload and process fast. If it is .mov it will take some time (that's my case takes 2h to upload and 20 or more to process). Also sometimes browsers can be a pain people say Chrome is the best when it comes to uploading.
You can re-upload completely and wait up to see if it process faster than the other that sometimes resolve the case XD
