Looks like the comments are marked as spam. Try and order comments by "newest"

It shows nothing new in the comments section of my youtube settings as well.

So I'm thinking Youtube is just being ****** up by Google, and there's really nothing there.

Yeah, I get the same problem, but eventually they do show up.
