YouTube says ‘not all creators who apply’ for Creator Awards will receive them

To my understanding it's for creators who didn't earn it legitimately,

same thought here.
I think It would be really bad for Youtube itself and a creator to be exposed as for
that some big channel that advertisers put money on him/her made it "the other way".

There are so many "glitches" on some popular channels e.g. 400 likes / 20 views
after initial upload. Or so many one word typical comments that make you wonder.
"cool" "really useful" "first,2,3,4,5,6,....15th"
Sometimes this looks like manipulation.

I guess that is s4sub that everyone "small" talk about but might also exist
a market of big massive buying of views/subs/comments. A simple google search proves it...

Perhaps they're talking about like, if you clearly buy your subscribers then they won't give you a plaque. Things like that.
