Thanks. I will try thisI've Done it, and it works. Just be able to properly explain what it is you do on youtube and why it is significant from a business perspective.

Your video on how to get views was good, I watched it a few months ago. Is your CPM really like $8? Mine's like $1! Then again, my content is little effort.

Thanks. My network cpm varies, but is $9 average for English speaking channels. In December it was about $12. Now it is lower. Depends on the advertisers.
But that is per monetized view, and does not include the network cut. Since many views are not monetized my actual cpm is much lower

I think that really depends on the job you are applying for, and for how long your career has been. For example, since I am now a Web Analyst, I stopped adding in my experience as a teacher, my 8 months working retail, the 5 years I had a part-time office job back in college, etc. Those work experiences are not relavent to my current career.

"Created and managed a brand identity across multiple media platforms, totaling over 680,000 public impressions for use in ad sales. Responsibilities include video production, web development, advertising, and frequent public speaking to a large audience."
I think this is accurate, but explains what the back end of the youtube business is. Creating a brand to gain ad impressions, using a variety of media (websites, social, ads, videos etc.) I included the list of responsibilities to show that I am well rounded, since this is a grad school application. I said large audience since my avg view per video (total views/total videos) is about 2400. Does anyone see a problem with the way this is phrased?

Now uploading videos to a corrupted website is considered a worthy notable feature to include in a resume? Meh, why the hell am I even surprised about today's standards anymore.
