Someone suggested on a blog that if you follow this it will be ok is it true?

Change Video Title, Description everything to some junk
make it private
uncheck monatize

close webrowser

repoen webbrowser

now set back your settings title,public,monatize

see the magic
really it works

by doing the above will video be banned as i feel YouTube are strict on their rulez someone please clarify
