YouTube is a site to share video's. Whether that be with a production team or not. It's allways been that way. It's not about making the videos yourself, it's about sharing the videos to everybody. YouTube has been around for 8 years, you're bound to get people with production teams and expensive cameras, especially when they are the top of the youtube charts. It's been happening for years... I don't know why you are just now seeing it. Some YouTubers use youtube as a way to grow their acting or filming experience to move to bigger and greater things. As YouTube grows, the people that make it up is going to grow.
& The thing about the music videos... There should be channels that upload music videos, because we don't own the rights to upload them. If everyone had the rights to upload music videos, you'd have everyone uploading them to rack in views/subs.
