Youtube intros

Awhile ago I saw that you could put your intro on all your current videos but now i cant find it. Can someone help me.

i have a 26 seconds intro i want to add not 3 seconds

Unless you're willing to edit each video one by one with Youtube's video editor, there's no other way to add a 26 sec intro. Also, 26 sec is a bit excessive, maybe cut it down to 10 sec or less. No one wants a 26 sec intro every single time, it just gets annoying after the first few times.
