So apparently youtube has this big a** HQ where youtubers go sometimes. This got me wondering, are you aloud to just kinda walk in? Do you have to pay? Get Invited? I DON'T GET IT!!!

Are you talking about the Creator's Center in LA? If you are I think you have to be a giant YouTuber and be invited. If you're not talking about that I want to hear more about what you are talking about.

It's called YouTube Space. At the bottom of the YouTube website you click where it says "Creators and Partners" Then there is an area that will talk about it. It's pretty cool, you just have to reserve spots and such.
