It is not up to us to determine how a company earns their revenue. If they want to monetize any and all of their content, whether it be trailers, commercials, images, it is up to them to control their properties.

Yeah, same here.
I also watched your ToS video and how it is a joke. Also same circumstance here. People like Ali-A can upload this trailer no problem and get money off it. But when I try, I almost got a strike!

Yeah it really is. But a lot of the big channels do get the proper licenses or permissions...a lot do not though and get away with it because they are bringing in loads of ad revenue.
