Youtube Channel strikes help!

I'm really hoping someone can help me as I am just about beyond frustrated! My son and I stated a small youtube channel originally called fifteenreviews where he would do car reviews as he shopped for his first car, just about to turn 16. I filmed while he talked about the car. All the videos were family friendly and clean. He never drove, did anything remotely risky, or dangerous. He began receiving channel strikes for violating community guidelines citing the Child Safety policy. Again, there was nothing ever remotely dangerous done. I have read the child safety policy many times and cant find anything that would draw a strike. We appealed each strike but lost every time. The channel was eventually shut down after 3 strikes. We started a new channel called Automove4k and posted another video which clearly shows me supervising him, again nothing dangerous. within moments of it being posted, the bran new channel received a warning and the video is taken down. We appealed and lost. There is never any explanation other that it violated community guidelines due to the Child Safety policy. How can we find out what the issue is? Is there any way to actually speak to a person at YouTube who can help us understand what we are doing wrong? I've asked for an explanation in every appeal but get nothing! I understand we mean nothing to YouTube but how is a channel supposed to get off the ground or let alone grown if we cant get a clear answer.

I guess the reason this really bothers me is that this channel was meant to be a father son project where we could spend time together doing something we both enjoy. It honestly is supposed to be a father son project which we both look forward to after school and work! YouTube is making this so difficult, all we want to do is make fun family friendly content and spend time together while doing it!
