Youtube changed again..

It's simple and nice. I love how the design is more darkish when you change to theatre mode. So that way the video is really in focus. The new design just fits into the current time where everything is simple, transparent and so on.
 
I can say that it caught me off guard this morning, but I really like the way it looks! It's refreshing to have a new look! If something stays exactly the same for too long, it gets stale :/

If you pay attention, they've actually been changing a lot of very small things all around the site lately. Bit by bit, they're giving YouTube a face lift :3 I'm wondering if when G+ and YT split officially, they'll revamp the whole thing at once, or if they'll continue this one-thing-at-a-time method until they're done.

I'm semi hoping that with the departure of G+ They'll lose the one channel layout and go back to the 100% customisable layouts of the old days

I would LOVE to see more channel customization! That would be such a big help. At the same time, I can see why they wouldn't. Whatever they do (unless they shut it down), I will always love YouTube :3
 
I like it! Its much cleaner now and actually transparent so you don't have to miss anything on the screen while on menu :D
 
I like this change as well. Also, as some pointed out - changing resolution seems much more responsive than before, which is a big plus.
