Youtube Broken?

Is anyone elses Youtube Broken?
I seem to have this issue lately where all of the buttons dont work, thumbnails dont show up.
Im using Windows 8 on a laptop, and this doesnt seem to be an issue on my win 7 Desktop nor my Win XP Notebook.
Any ideas?

But I put all that stuff in my caches for a reason!!!! I can't just clear it where would it go.. I need it in there.

Id try clearing your caches fully and then trying again, if that doesnt work disable all browser addons, if that doesnt work try another browser

I think YouTube may be slightly broken at the moment. There has been lots of cases where people have been unsubscribed from me for no reason. It as also unsubscribed me from people too. I've spoken to other people that I know who are YouTubers, and some of them are having the same problem.Anyone else having it?

This past few days it has taken longer than normal for thumbnails and to interact with the site, what's going on? Does it have to do with this Twitch.tv nonsense?
