Your Youtube Story.

In 2009 my friend found a video of someone making a 'music video' to a popular song & a bunch of us was like yeah cool lets do it, what song do we choose?! I made a channel called Slushpuppygirls and of course, I was the only one who stuck at it because I liked to edit. Over 1000 subscribers later, I was pretty pleased with myself for the content though, rather than the people.
Eventually that died off and I left High School and went to college.
As college was coming to a close I started to realise I was missing YouTube so I decided to make a new channel for new content and I simply used my name this time. (Emily Marshall)
Now I'm back over 1000 subscribers, still love editing and making videos and now I have friends via YouTube too!

My story.
Have not released a full format video yet, hopefully this week.
About 2 years a go a company called Singular Sound started a Indigogo for a drum machine in pedal form called The Beat Buddy. They decided to have a contest with people filming themselves saying why they wanted one.
It was 2 weeks from deadline and only 1 person bothered posting up a video and it was essentially him blabbing for about 6 minutes and I thought to myself "I can do better than this" so I got started on my first video. Instead of blabbing I used humor and the staff loved it. I had myself talking to a 70s era Chewbacca toy about the alternatives to the beat buddy. Chewie gets to call me an unsociable douch...
Anyways long story short the video netted me a $400 (at the time) guitar pedal, granted it took me a week of wresting with my then underpowered mac but it was so gratifying.
I enjoyed the process and seeing the outcome come to life.

We are not allowed to post links to videos here but if you search youtube for "echoraven beat buddy" it's the first video that comes up (it has the pizza on the preview) and my normal channel is "More Gear Than Talent" and that one has an stop motion unboxing and a puppet green screen test with PG13 humor.

Really funny video, haha! :D

My name was Da Miz lol @JeriKane
That is da best name ever. xD

Then I met @JeriKane around 2014, and told him that I made videos, he was not impressed. (As usual)
It takes a lot to impress me.

My story, was... I made my first channel in 2010. Called "mrcenation1234". I made a show called "top of the wwe" and I did that for like four months. Eventually stopped and moved around a bunch of times. I made a new channel called "JeriKane1998" in early 2013 and then joined YTtalk in mid-2013, which eventually led to me stopping making videos in like September of that year, and then I made a new channel a little after that, but I haven't uploaded anything because I'm a lazy person.

Never got into any trouble (as far as I remember), and never created a viral video.

dead ones though, they'd moved on with their lives like I had. I made a video for that channel saying I had a new one so a few saw it and maybe came over but the rest weren't around anyway so I'm cool with it :)
