Unfortunately not, the XBox One I believe has a built in hardware encoder giving it the functionality to stream and record, if you want to stream you're going to have to purchase a PVR of some kind, popular ones include those from Elgato and Hauppauge.

Once again unfortunately not, the delay would be too high to make it playable, I found even using the menu on my PS3 was a pain with the preview screen of the HD-PVR 1212.

You can try but I can assure you there will be a severe delay due to the fact the video has to passthrough the encorders on the board, then through the USB Cable and then onto your screen, and not to mention when you're recording there will be even more delay due to the encoder now producing a video that's being written to a disk.

You will always get a program with the recorder to use it.
