It's 1080P video, but there is almost no movement at all! Render always makes me mad...

I would like to know what is your average render time? Just curious..

For a 15 minute video at 1080p it takes about 8-15 minutes max. 720p more like 2-5 minutes

Wow that is good, this is like seven seconds but it takes 22 hours -.-

My rig is pretty powerful.

Intel i7-2600k @ 4.5GHZ overclocked
Radeon 7950 3GB DDR5 Graphics Card @ 1050/1500 MHZ overclocked
8GB of Ram (could be better)

I also use mp4 compression which is a bit faster then some others I think. I have Cyberlink Powerdirector 12 Ultimate and it is optimized for render time using the whole 64 bit code format and it uses a thing called SVRT or something that makes it faster rendering.

Well mine is not that powerful,

Intel i3-3110M @ 2.40 (4CPU'S)
INTEL HD Graphics 4000 @ 1066 MB AND nVidia Geforce 710M
4GB Ram...

Not that powerful but it does it's job when it needs to. And I usually try not to touch it while it renders to finish sooner...
Yeah my problem is, 32bit Win7... I was thinking of updating it to 64bit, but I'm not really in the mood for Win7 Clean install..
And also, 10 seconds rendered video is sometimes up to 2 GB. I compress it later using HandBrake to like 4 MB and the same quality.

What kind of files are you rendering? Just video or game capture etc.?
Rendering just video, in Cinema 4D :)

Okay use the setting for MP4/H.264 HD. A 15 minute video maximum will be 1.6 GB.
