Would this still be considered a vlog?

I plan to save all of my snapchat stories on a weekly basis and upload them as some weekly content that shows more of my life. Would it still be considered a vlog if that is the format of it? Or should it just be named something. Or am I just overthinking this?

I think you're right. It would be technically considered a Vlog, but not in the traditional sense. It would be a Vlog by definition, a video blog. You're blogging about your Snapchat stories in the form of a video. Though, you can't go wrong with inventing a creative genre name for it.
