Worst YouTube Advice Ever Given?

'Image/sound quality over the actual quality of the video itself'

'You should upload everyday for your channel'
-tried it once for a week, the least views and interaction I ever got.

I think there is something to be said about production, but if the story you're telling is sub par, then the video is still sub par, good call

"sub for sub is the best possible thing you can do to grow your channel." lol my very first channel suffered because of that haha the mini me was very gullible.

Sub 4 sub. Not to offend any there do it, but I kinda feel like its fake subs, and I really dont like or support it.

I was told to not give advice in my videos, no one cares what a stranger on the internet has to say. Just make challenge/react videos! People love that.

Turns out my subscribers actually love my comedy/advice fusion videos. :p Listening to others' opinions is all well and good, but when it comes to your channel you should stick with your own vision since it's YOUR channel! :D

For a while I went through this thing where I tried to over react to what was happening. People said they wanted a guy that was over the top yelling stuff. I tried it. It was not for me. I cover sports and sports gaming. My original vision for my channel was to come across as an actual sports broadcaster. I have since moved back to that in the last few videos. If it costs me subs I don't care anymore. I really feel like there is an audience for what I do. People that want to watch sports gaming and don't want to be screamed at the entire time.
